We’ve developed a variety of programs to help meet the unique needs of our clientele. These programs include:
One-On-One Personal Training:
This program takes your individual needs and creates a custom approach to weight loss, metabolic change, and muscle and strength building. In this program your trainer can determine the structure that is best suited for your goals.
Two-On-One Personal Training:
This is designed for individuals who prefer to work-out with a partner. Observation suggests that having a friend to share in goals, positive competition and empathy can lead to better program adherence. Also, having a partner to train with actually lowers the cost of training for those who might be on a tighter budget.
Small Group Personal Training:
This program is designed for people who love group fitness classes but want the program to be individualized for their specific needs. This format allows your trainer to design a unique group experience for you and up to three other participants.
What makes our coaching approach different?
At most clubs, trainers are independent contractors competing with each other instead of focusing on getting you results. Our system is completely different, with our coaches working together as a TEAM. You will meet with the coach that is the best “fit” given your fitness goals. However, clients are encouraged to experience different coaches with varied experience and specific fields of expertise.
We are constantly trying to anticipate what obstacles are lurking out there. We conduct monthly team meetings where we discuss everything from our training philosophies to developing constructive ways to deal with them.
There are always challenges, like schedules, budgets and travel obligations. We will help you with these challenges by being a dynamic and flexible solution to your personal fitness management needs.
Meet Our Coaches
Keith Wimsett:
After spending 12 years as a graphic designer and art director Keith Wimsett discovered kickboxing. The competitive nature and challenging workouts of the sport appealed to him immediately. In 1998 Keith became a certified kickboxing instructor and began teaching weekly classes at a local gym. Seeing the physical and mental changes happening to his students he decided he wanted to do more. After becoming ACE certified in 2002, Keith quit his job as an art director and dedicated his life to fitness. Since then Keith has used his creativity to develop unique and individualized programs for his clients using a variety of training techniques. He believes that exercise should be challenging and varied. “Stagnation is a killer to any workout program,” Keith states, “you have to constantly change and challenge yourself to get results.”

Darin Starr:
Health, fitness, and nutrition have always been focal points in Darin’s life, and he considers himself very lucky to be able to share that passion with others and encourage them to grow and improve. Taking a holistic approach to training, Darin advocates not only proper nutrition, but also identifying and managing stress, hunting down bad habits and changing them, and creating a plan and routine that are sustainable long-term.
As with all O3 trainers, Darin is a huge believer in ‘safety first’, and selecting exercises that can be performed correctly based on an individuals ability and experience level is a huge first step. Darin believes in growing through success, and that while not everyone finds intense exercise enjoyable, it should provide a sense of self-empowerment and noticeable signs of progression.
Darin is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine.

Samantha Stone:
Samantha has been involved in fitness her whole life, beginning mostly in the water with swimming and diving. She discovered strength training during her first rugby season seven years ago, and it quickly became a lifestyle. Only after college did she realize that she could turn this passion and awareness of the body into a teaching model. By beginning at a corporate gym, she was able to work with a wide variety of individuals, with many different needs. Samantha is happy to have found a home here at O3 Health and Fitness, where she can tailor the needs of her clients to include things like runs in the park, outdoor fitness, swim training, and constantly building strength beyond expectations. While she still swims for exercise, Samantha’s focus is now based on functional strength, impeccable form, well rounded lifestyle, and constant learning for herself and her clients.
Samantha is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
