From I-240: Take 19/23 North (Woodfin exit) to the Hill Street Exit (first exit on the right). Turn left onto Hill Street and go under the interstate. Hill Street comes to a “T” with Riverside Drive (Southern States Farm Supply is directly across the street). Turn right onto Riverside Drive and proceed approximately 0.2 miles and O3 Health And Fitness will be on your left.
From North of Asheville: Take 19/23 South (Future I-26) to the UNCA exit. Proceed straight through the traffic light at the end of the exit onto Riverside Drive. Go approximately 0.5 Miles and we are located on your right.

O3 Health And Fitness is conveniently located just off of I-40 on Sweeten Creek. We are located in the same building as Subway.
From I-240: Take I-40 West and go to exit 55 (Highway 25A). At light go left back under I-40 and past Fun Depot. At next light, turn left and proceed around the back of the building.
